No it is not a typo. Morbier with an S. Made in the Berkshires at High Lawn Farm with pasteurized milk from their Jersey herd. Texture-wise and flavor-wise not too far removed from the cheese that inspired the makers, but.... the line in the middle is not ash but a smokey pepperline from locally sourced hot peppers.
