Here is something to try on grilled cheese, a little heat and a little sweetness combined. We like it on our most popular grilled cheese: The Newton - Sourdough Bread, Fontina and Cheddar for cheese with a little smear of the Peruvian pepper jam, our caramelized onions and slices of apple.
I guess you could just as well have it on a piece of toasted bread too because this jam packs a bunch of flavor.
